15. Cyclorama repainting fee:
- “Studio” refers to Forge Studio, including all its facilities and equipment.
- “Renter” refers to the individual or entity renting the studio.
2. Rental Period:
- The rental period is defined by the start and end times agreed upon during booking.
- Extensions are subject to availability and additional costs.
3. Payment Terms:
- A 50% deposit is required to secure a booking. The remaining balance is due on or before the rental date.
- Payments can be made via [accepted payment methods].
- Late payments may incur additional fees.
4. Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations made [X days] before the booking will receive a full refund of the deposit.

- Renters must maintain acceptable noise levels.
- The studio must be returned in the condition it was provided.
8. Safety Measures:
- Adherence to safety measures in place at the studio is mandatory.
- The Renter is responsible for ensuring the safety of their crew and guests.
9. Intellectual Property:
- The Renter retains all intellectual property rights to content created during the rental period unless otherwise agreed upon.
10. Governing Law:
- These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Luxembourg.
- Any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of Luxembourg.

- Forge Studio offers additional services such as technical support or catering. These services come with associated costs and must be booked in advance.

- By booking the studio, the Renter agrees to these terms and conditions.
15. Cyclorama repainting fee:
- The cyclorama is handed over to Renters in a pristine and clean state. Before commencing your shoot, please inspect the cyclorama. If you notice any imperfections or damages, it’s crucial to take photographs as proof to avoid any misunderstandings later. If, at the end of your session, the cyclorama is found to be dirty or damaged, a repainting fee of 150€ will be charged. Renters are responsible for ensuring the cyclorama remains in the condition it was provided.
